Crab Dip - Jumbo lump crab, artichokes and cream cheese.

Stuffed Mushrooms - With our signature basil parmesan stuffing.

Clams Casino - Baked clams on the half shell topped with a bell pepper bacon medley.

Calamari - Deep fried thinly sliced squid drizzled with sweet Thai chili sauce.

Lamb Pops - Tender seared cranberry and rosemary encrusted New Zealand lamb.

Sampler Platter - Shrimp, crab dip, and stuffed mushrooms.

House Salad - Garden greens with parmesan cheese.

Bistecca Insalata - Wedge of lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese served with creamy parmesan dressing.

Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese.

Salmon Salad Nicoise - Marinated fillet of salmon served over garden greens, with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, egg, capers, and a lemon thyme vinaigrette.

*Seafood Tart - Chef's selection of fresh seafood and vegetables baked on a light pastry crust.

Grilled Cajun Spiced Shrimp - Served with rice pilaf.

Grilled Salmon - Freshly grilled maple bourbon-glazed salmon on a bed of toasted almond pilaf.

*Lobster Ravioli - Ravioli stuffed with Atlantic lobster, parmesan and mozzarella in a vodka créme sauce.

Crab Cakes - Jumbo lump crab served with sundried tomato risotto and a lemon basil pesto sauce.

Fresh Day Boat Scallops du Jour - Jumbo scallops prepared in a unique and creative way.

*Seafood Chesapeake - A baked parmesan crusted mélange of large shrimp and jumbo lump crab prepared in a white wine and shallot cream sauce.

Steak Oscar - Chef selected, hand carved, and grilled to order. Topped with crab and asparagus in a hollandaise sauce served with mashed potatoes.

The Bistro Sampler Platter - Lamb chops, crab cake, and scallops du jour served with mashed potatoes.

Smothered Porterhouse Pork Chop - Grilled 14 oz. chop covered with apples, raisins, and caramelized onions in a cinnamon nutmeg sauce served with mashed potatoes.

Lamb Chops - Tender seared cranberry and rosemary encrusted New Zealand chops served with mashed potatoes.

Lighter Fare

 

All are under $9 and served with our signature potato salad.

 

Bistro Club - Honey ham and smoked turkey, topped with toasted almonds, melted Brie and dijonnaise. Served on a flaky croissant.

Cobb Wrap - Oven roasted chicken, bacon, quacamole, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing, and garden greens. Wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

West Coast Veggie Wrap - Cucumbers, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Portabella mushrooms, spinach, and our famous Vidalia onion dressing. Wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

Bistro Reuben - Your choice of corned beef, smoked turkey, or pastrami, topped with sauerkraut, melted swiss, and Russian dressing. Served hot on rye bread.

Hot Roast Beef and Cheddar - Roast beef piled high, topped with melted cheddar and horseradish mayonnaise. Served on a Kaiser roll.

Bistro Burger - A half-pound beef burger grilled to juicy perfection, lettuce, tomato, and your choice of cheese. Served on a Kaiser roll.

Quiche du Jour - Our daily Bistro classic fresh egg soufflé.
